it’s probably a bit weird blogging about this but.. well.. we finally got our parents to meet up together!
yup, for the first time. lol.
a nice sat night over a good chinese dinner at lao beijing (which i recently discovered as part of tung lok group)
both merv’s parents and my parents came down from overseas. have to admit that we were all pretty nervous before the met up. after all, first impression matters.
but God really is amazing, the whole atmosphere was light. our dads couldn’t stop chatting to one another and everything just went well 🙂
really thankful that there’s no communication breakdown between the parents since they can speak mandarin.
the night ended well with my dad telling me that he almost teared. haha. i guess that’s what happen when you realize that your baby daughter is getting married. ah.. i’m so gonna cry on my wedding day too >.<
